Role Summary
The Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Raiser’s Edge database; including handling ongoing support requests and ensuring the system is maintained to high quality standards
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily imports of fundraising/donor data into the CRM database
  • Ensure all data selections are delivered on time and in full to agreed brief
  • Ensure the optimal configuration of all data input and stored within the CRM database
  • Undertaking data hygiene exercises
  • Highlight and advise on any issues of data irregularity or incomplete data capture
  • Ensure processes, procedures, process maps, specifications and are up to date
  • Provide CRM reports to the business that identify trends, insights and learnings for future campaigns
  • Perform system administration functions, including configuring security settings, user profiles and custom fields
  • Provide analysis and support for users' data requests and enquiries, and explain data concepts
  • Identify trends, provide feedback and make suggestions on management of data
  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Raiser’s Edge database
Skills & Attributes
  • CRM experience (Raiser’s Edge preferable)
  • SQL experience desirable
  • Exceptional customer service, relationship-oriented
  • Strong computer literacy with database systems and MS Office applications
  • Good numeric and analytical skills and conceptual thinking
  • Interest in working in a non-profit charity environment
  • Team player
