Job Description

A wonderful charity based in the CBD is looking for a Raisers Edge Expert to help out their donor administration team on a temporary basis.

To be considered for the role, you will need to be confident in carrying out the following tasks in Raisers Edge:
  • Using ImportOmatic
  • Global Changes
  • Data Entry
  • Set Up Regular Giving
  • Query
  • Online Express
  • Export
  • General admin support 
The team are looking for a driven, outcome focused individual to take responsibility for managing the CRM system working closely with the marketing and fundraising team. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer donor management system (The Raisers Edge) including functions such as export and queries.
  • Maintain data integrity by regular review and cleansing of information
  • Reporting as required to internal teams (finance, executive management, marketing etc)
  • Provide support to the wider team on the database and processes
  • Ensure sufficient processes are maintained around the storage of donor records
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
Skills & Attributes
  • Intermediate Raisers Edge experience essential 
  • Previous experience in a similar database administration role
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Exceptional relationship management
  • Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail
