Job Description

Our client, a Non-For-Profit Organisation in Melbournes CBD, is looking for a Data Entry person to help support their team with all things Administration, including Data Entry, write SQL code and have SSRS skills.  The organisation is team-oriented and client-focused.

As the successful candidate, you will play an active role supporting the team to fulfill the smooth, day-to-day functioning of data integrity by managing all data and administration. Other duties will include:
  • Create dashboards
  • Tidy up their IQA's
  • Create SSRS reports from current crystal reports
  • Data integrity work - pulling lists and updating via a SQL
Successful candidates will have:
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and the ability to multi task and prioritise
  • An enthusiastic nature and willingness to learn
  • A mature and professional attitude and be well presented
  • The ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
  • Intermediate to advanced Computer Skills (MS Office, database)
