Beaumont People are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic customer support officer for one of their great clients in the health & well-being industry. Melbourne, CBD.

Our client is a leading national EAP provider who prides themselves in their service to their clients and their employees. They have a great organisational culture that places employee's health and well-being first, just like they do for their customers and clients.

They are seeking a Customer Support Officer to join their Customer Support Team in Melbourne. This role will work alongside other agents providing quality customer service to their many customers and clients.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Customer service via email and inbound calls
  • Provide support for senior consultants
  • Follow up on customer invoicing issues - work alongside the finance and administration team
  • Track progress of customer complaints 
  • Manage internal stakeholder communication
  • General administration
  • Provide reports for customers in regards to their raised query
  • Adhere to SLA's and regulatory obligations
  • Handle confidential communication
  • Support key customer relationships
To be successful for this role, you need:
  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service team
  • Time proficiency
  • High-attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Sales background highly regarded
