ABOUT THE ROLE
Inbound Customer Service for a financial services provider
Providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers
Ensuring all notes, information and data are tracked on the system appropriately

Working across 24/7 rotating roster, happy to have conversations on availability
ABOUT YOU
Experience in phone based inbound/outbound customer service
Ideally you have worked in a banking/financial environment (not a must have)
Willing to work flexible hours, including late evenings shifts and possibly weekends
Available for a minimum of 3-months
Unlimited working rights preferred
Available to interview in the next few weeks
Various intakes over the next month
Willing to undertake a Police Check
