ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Inbound Customer Service for a financial services provider 

• Providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers

• Ensuring all notes, information and data are tracked on the system appropriately 

• Join a team with great leadership and an amazing culture

• Working across 24/7 rotating roster, happy to have conversations on availability 

ABOUT YOU 

• Experience in phone based inbound/outbound customer service 

• Ideally you have worked in a banking/financial environment (not a must have)

• Willing to work flexible hours, including late evenings shifts and possibly weekends

• Available for a minimum of 3-months 

• Unlimited working rights preferred

• Available to interview in the next few weeks

• Various intakes over the next month 

• Willing to undertake a Police Check
