Beaumont People are currently seeking passionate customer service representatives to work for a humanitarian charity, with offices based in the CBD. This role is open to Working Holiday Visas and will run for 5 months.

Your responsibilities will include;
- Reaching out to customers who have signed up for up and coming campaigns
- Communicating campaign specific information and building rapport
- Proactively demonstrating professional customer service skills in a team environment
- Completing all follow up administration/data entry
- An interest in social justice/charity sector
- A positive and upbeat attitude
- Strong customer service focus and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to work within a team towards a common goal
- Ability to learn new systems
- Work/life balance with no weekends
- Ongoing support and development
