Beaumont People are currently seeking inbound and outbound customer service representatives who are looking to join a busy team in the Education sector.

This role is paying 65K inclusive of super and is a permanent position. CBD location!
Your responsibilities will include;
- High volume inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Proactively always demonstrate professional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- A drive and energy to succeed with a 'can do' attitude
- Have a strong understanding of policy and procedure
- Understanding and communicating legislative requirements
- Promote products and service offerings to customers
- Consistently meet individual KPI's
- Regular business hours - no weekend work involved!
To be considered for this role you will have;
- Data entry/ keyboard skills and accuracy
- Emotional intelligence and maturity
- Experience working in a call centre
- Strong customer service focus and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work within a team towards a common goal
- Ability to learn new systems
