Job Description

 Beaumont People are seeking a Customer Service professional for our client in the travel industry. This client offers a supportive and friendly work environment, with excellent career opportunities and beautiful, modern offices.

Please note this is a 12 month contract, with a view for 

Your duties will involve;
  • Conducting outbound targeted campaign calls whilst promoting, selling and generating leads for products and services
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyzing data to assess customer needs 
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue growth
  • Actioning ad hoc reports/projects/request as required 
To be considered you will need;
  • Experience in a contact center or customer service/sales environment 
  • Confident and articulate communication skills 
  • Relationship management skills
  • Previous use of CRM systems and knowledge of Microsoft excel 
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve KPI's
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.  Offering a salary of $52K plus Super
