In this role the customer service advisor is responsible for responding to inbound client and subscriber queries in a professional and efficient manner. It is assisting with providing information about products, product training, subscriptions and learning material via email and outbound calls.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Supporting clients and subscribers with their queries and providing efficient responses
- Provide excellent customer service and support to new and existing customers
- Coordinate and manage subscription renewals, this includes renewing subscriptions, follow-up on due or overdue subscriptions and maintaining the database ensuring accurate records of subscribers
- Assist with the monthly roll out of products, this could include assisting with articles and multimedia content
- Contribute to a supportive, positive and safe workplace by ensuring that all companies policies and procedures are followed
- Always ensure a positive attitude and aim to be a productive member of the team following all company values
- Experience in a phone-based role providing excellent customer service to all clients
- Database, data literacy, analytical and reporting skills
- Great organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail, team work, verbal and communication skills
- Strong time management and the ability to self-motivate
- It is desirable to have experience with subscription-based products and services, or experiences with Salesforce or CMS
