Working in a team of sales advisors providing extensive information about courses, pathways the organisation and initial enrollment processes with the aim to convert this lead into a sale. This role will be based on providing information, establishing relationships and increasing enrollments within the company.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Contact prospective students via leads, generate phone-based conversations with said students, parents and other influences
- Provide a consultative approach to selling courses
- Acting in a soft manner to ensure that students are placed in the most appropriate course to ensure longevity
- Build rapport with prospective students and assist them with making the correct educational decision, ensure your communication is customer centric.
- Providing accurate information about course, career and market opportunities, and ensuring the students are appropriately matched to the career opportunities
- Assisting students through the application through to enrollment
- Prepare reports to reflect your KPI performance
- Resolve escalated issued from customer concerns and feedback whilst ensuring the maintenance of productive relationships
- Must have extensive experience within a phone-based sales environment and demonstrate the ability to work against team and personal KPIs
- Must be able to work as a team to not only meet personal KPIs but also team KPIs
- Preferred use of Salesforce CRM and competent in Microsoft Suite
- Confident talking to people of all demographics about a variety of courses
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills ensuring excellent communication with all stakeholders
- Motivated, passionate, self-disciplined and can work autonomously
- Service and sales oriented, and the willingness to embrace change within a dynamic environment of systems, processes and personal responsibilities
