Role Summary

You will support the Corporate Partnerships Manager with the research, development and management of a pipeline of new corporate prospects and opportunities to create sustainable and meaningful mutually beneficial long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new corporate partnership opportunities
  • With support of the manager, assist in developing a new business prospect pipeline
  • Work with the partnerships manager to develop innovative proposals and presentations for corporate support, focusing on new and exciting ways to drive staff and customer engagement for our partners
  • Secure corporate sponsorship for key initiatives and events
  • Manage a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships
  • Day to day account management
  • Develop engagement and communication plans in conjunction with corporate partners
  • Develop ways to assist partners and sponsors in utilising their benefits
  • Coordinate corporate marketing material, publications and digital communication
  • Coordinate the workplace fundraising program
  • Report on success of partnerships
Skills & Attributes
  • Corporate partnerships or commercial new business experience required
  • Proven ability to manage and grow accounts
  • Ability to generate new business
  • A background in hitting financial targets
  • Efficiency in administration and reporting
  • Results driven, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Exceptional presenting and communication skills
