This role is responsible for the strategic development, management and operational execution of the Corporate Partnerships business stream, with a focus on building a portfolio of strategic corporate partnerships and corporate support. This role will primarily be dedicated to new business development and proactively building a pipeline of new prospects and opportunities to create sustainable and meaningful mutually beneficial long-term partnerships, whilst nurturing and growing existing corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement an innovative and comprehensive strategic plan for corporate partnerships
- Manage the budgets and financial reporting
- Drive new business
- Identify a range of new corporate strategic partnership opportunities that are mutually beneficial including work place giving
- Develop a new business prospect pipeline
- Develop innovative propositions for corporate support, focusing on new and exciting ways to drive staff and customer engagement for partners
- Manage a portfolio of existing corporate partnerships
- Monitor, evaluate and report to partners on a regular basis
- Develop engagement and communication plans
- Manage the partnerships team and grow this area
- Proven experience within corporate partnerships, business development or sales
- Experience developing strategies around corporate partnerships
- Proven ability to manage and grow accounts
- Strong proposal writing, pitch and presentation skills
- Proven experience in hitting financial targets and securing large partnerships
- Demonstrable experience in acquiring and developing successful strategic partnerships and building strong business relationships with shared value
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate, inspire team members to achieve goals
- Budget management
- Results driven, ambitious and self-motivated
- Exceptional presenting and communication skills
