Community Fundraising Campaign Manager

Join this inspiring national organisation to coordinate and manage the implementation of campaigns for Community Fundraising. Reporting in to the Head of Community Fundraising you will execute strategy for a campaigns portfolio of $1.5m from planning to post event reporting.
  • Key role in coordinating and managing the implementation of the campaign strategy
  • Critical role to ensure that fundraising is maximised across each campaign

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign development including strategy and key messaging
  • Develop the P2P campaign sites and optimise the relevant website pages to support each Community Fundraising campaign with support from the communications teams
  • Develop channel recruitment plans for each campaign
  • Manage the implementation and development of acquisition strategies to recruit fundraisers for each campaign
  • Oversee the retention journey across the campaigns portfolio
  • Responsible for all marketing aspects of the Community fundraising campaigns
  • Adapt and develop campaign communications throughout the year to ensure that any areas that are not performing are addressed to achieve campaign targets
  • Implementation of multi-channel (SMS, EDM’s and phone calls) targeted fundraiser journeys for each sports fundraising campaign
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance including acquisition, high value fundraising, mass fundraising, budgets and income targets
  • Conduct post campaign analysis to gather feedback and provide recommendations for future campaigns
  • Lead and motivate two Community Fundraising Executives who will support you on the campaigns portfolio
Skills & Attributes
  • Community fundraising experience with a background in managing campaigns or similar fundraising activities
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Demonstrated skill and experience in facilitation of fundraising initiatives and programs
  • Experience delivering on brand key messaging for fundraising campaigns
  • Efficiency in administration and reporting
  • Experience developing recruitment plans; both acquisition and retention strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills
