Due to the organic growth of the business they now require a dedicated Client Services Manager. This new role is critical for the business and comes with an attractive salary and the opportunity to grow your career.
  
The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to manage and nurture client relationships. You will be responsible for guiding and advising clients through the new home building process. You will be their point of contact at HHJ from initial sale through to project completion and maintenance.

This is an office-based position (there may be some flexibility to work from home), you will be required to make site visits and assist with interior and design choices. You will be part of a supportive, high achieving and close knit team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis (daily, weekly, or as required) to provide updates
  • Manage all pre-site and on-site administration
  • Coordinate and schedule all meetings with clients
  • Attend site meetings with clients
  • Assist with collecting marketing collateral/content (photos/videos) for marketing purposes from site visits
  • Ensure all client files are up to date
  • Prepare and present tenders
  • Liaise with banks and lenders re client finance approval
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of Hotondo Homes’ product and relevant promotions
  • Communicate and liaise with other departments around file progress as required
  • Assist with colour selections as necessary
  • Assist with collating client file/job documentation
  • General administrative tasks as needed
About you

Skills and Characteristics 
  • Knowledge of the building/construction industry 
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a residential project builder (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your workload
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise
  • Be positive, friendly and solution focused
  • Ability to work to deadlines and in a high-pressured environment
  • Systems and processes driven – strong IT skills
  • Resilient
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Well presented and professional
