Role Summary
The Direct Marketing Coordinator supports the delivery of the regular giving direct marketing program which is responsible for acquisition and retention of long term donors to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all regular giving tasks are completed and administered
- Support the implementation of acquisition, upgrade, conversion and reactivations programs
- Assist with data campaigns, and assist with post-campaign analysis
- Assist with plans for new projects and campaigns
- Work with Supporter Services, Data and Finance team to resolve any queries
- Liaise with multiple external stakeholders and suppliers
- Identify opportunities to make improvements to improve retention of donors
Skills & Attributes
- Some understanding of a non-profit fundraising environment preferred
- Exceptional customer service, relationship-oriented
- Good communication skills – written, verbal, and telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work load with multiple stakeholders
- High levels of interpersonal skills
- Team player
