Your responsibilities will include;
- Handling inbound calls and customer service inquiries.
- Confidently making outbound calls and building relationships
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks whilst actively listening to assist resolving customers needs.
- Proactively demonstrate professional customer service skills in a fast paced environment at all times.
- A drive and energy to succeed with a customer service focused attitude
- Record customer information on an internal system.
- Promote service offerings to customers.
- Consistently meet individual KPI's.
- Previous phone based or face to face customer service experience
- Strong customer service focus and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and motivated/ innovative approach to conflict or issue resolution
- The ability to work within a team towards a common goal
- Ability to type 30 words per minute
