- A full scale BDM role developing business with new and existing clients
- Consultative sales process dealing with medium and large companies in retail market
- Manage your own sales pipeline with face to face meetings across Sydney market
My client is a global business that is looking to grow their existing portfolio across Australia. With a successful model in Europe and Australia, they are looking to expand their client base in Sydney with other markets to follow. Their product is a cashback rewards scheme for customers who shop online and in stores across the country.
They are looking for an experienced business development manager whose primary purpose will be to prospect, qualify and close new business within the Sydney region. Working primarily on the road as well as in the office, you will be targeting medium and large businesses within the retail and high street markets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and guide end-user customers through the purchasing decision
- Closing sales by presenting to key stakeholders & C-Level execs
- Attend trade shows to market the platform and product
- Prospect across the market for active opportunities
- Balancing administrative needs with on-road customer visits and travel
Your Skills & Attributes
- Analytical thinker and strong presentation skills
- Proven experience in presenting to COO's, CEO's and C-Level Execs
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience & knowledge in account management
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Must be highly professional and articulate
