Beaumont People are looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join the Education team on our fun, fast-paced organisation. At the Education team at Beaumont, we work with a number of amazing education organisations from schools, colleges, and Universities. This role is perfect for someone who is seeking job experience in a fast-paced and energetic recruitment environment. If you are looking for a new opportunity in a company that embraces growth and development – this could be the role for you! 

Based in a fantastic office close to Wynyard and Circular Quay station, with gorgeous views of the Harbour Bridge, with flexibility to WFH, you will be trained to:
  • Supporting and learning from experienced specialist recruitment consultants in talent pooling, candidate relationship management, and career coaching.
  • Write and post advertisements, source and phone screen candidates.
  • Interview temporary and permanent candidates for an array of roles.
  • Complete reference checks, and other compliance tasks.
  • Support your Senior Consultants with recruitment, administration, database work, and attending client meetings.
  • Manage customer expectations with superior customer service skills.
  • Respond to all emails and phone queries with exceptional service.
  • Manage the database, whilst ensuring articulate and precise data entry.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment, both autonomously and as a team.
ABOUT YOU

You are someone who loves working with people, and has exceptional administrative and customer service skills. This person will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy working within a close knit, supportive team who cares about your personal success!
  • Must be intermediate to advanced on the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • High attention to detail, and confident in both writing and proof-reading.
  • High level of resilience, and the ability to think strategically.
  • Have a “can-do” attitude, and be willing to learn and grow.
  • Must have full working rights.
