Job Description

Dynamic and exciting role within a well established Marketing/Branding company. You will be the primary support for the Creative Director and they glue that holds this office together. 

Our client is looking for an energetic and motivated Office Manager/Personal Assistant to support the Creative Director and the office. This is a dynamic and exciting role that will be ideal for someone with a creative mindset. 

Responsibilities to Include:
  • Diary and email management 
  • Take minutes and create agendas
  • Organise domestic and international travel 
  • Assisting with administration
  • Organising internal events
  • Assisting with presentation preparation
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly
Ideal Candidate:
  • Will have personal assistance experience.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise with ease
  • Enjoys being within a creative environment
  • Is a confident communicator and is capable of making decisions
  • Has intermediate MS Office skills
