- Excellent opportunity to provide admin and office support to a busy dynamic team

- Excellent remuneration - $67,000 - $69,000 + Super
- 12 month contract
The role:
- First point of contact for all phone and face to face enquiries
- Meet the office day to day clerical needs
- Maintain administrative records
- Provide support to consultants and contractors
- Assist with financials, invoicing, payments as required
- Book teaching rooms and coordinate catering when required
- Maintain of the office and other adhoc tasks
- Demonstrated exceptional administration support and customer service skills at all levels including senior management level
- Demonstrated ability to work to multiple, tight and conflicting deadlines and to prioritise accordingly
- Demonstrated intermediate - advanced skills in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, e-mail and internet supported by Microsoft Office
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
