Job Description

Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with Australia's leading vocational education and training provider. This contracted position will see you working in their Coffs Harbour office.


Your primary duties will consist of:

  • Support the organisation of meetings, preparation of meeting papers, conference papers, and presentations
  • Drafting, preparing, and processing brief reports
  • Coordinating diary appointments
  • Providing quality customer service in person, in writing, by phone, and electronic media 
  • Accurate data entry as required across a broad range of specified corporate systems
  • Other ADHOC administration tasks as required

To be successful for this role, you will possess the following:
  • Previous experience working within an administrative based role
  • Advanced experience with computerised systems and MS Office
  • Excellent data entry, word-processing, spreadsheet, and database skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with complex and difficult situations
  • Excellent written and verbal literacy skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as autonomously
All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete computer testing which will include a short typing test, data entry test and MS Office programs. 

If you progress past interview stage with our client then you will be required to undergo a Criminal History Check and obtain a Working with Children Check.
