Job Description

Our client is a leading Legal firm in Sydney looking for an Administration Assistant to help fulfill the smooth, day-to-day functions of the team.  Working within the Community Law division, you will be supporting a busy team of Legal Secretaries and Solicitors with all things administration. 

General duties include:

  • Support the legal team through general administrative duties (responsible for reception, mail distribution, phone)
  • Assisting with court filings and records management
  • Mail distribution, scanning and filing 
Successful candidates will have:
  • Previous office support experience
  • Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and the ability to multi task and prioritise
  • An enthusiastic nature and willingness to learn
  • A mature and professional attitude and be well presented
  • The ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
  • Intermediate to advanced Computer Skills (MS Office, database)
