About the role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospect stakeholders.
- Provide quality advice in regard to industry guidelines and Codes of Practice.
- Assisting with event and training execution.
- Database maintenance
- Experience in general membership/customer service (in/outbound phone calls), dealing with issues and guiding in the right direction of a solution.
- Knowledge of database management
- Event administration and training and development background.
The successful candidate must be confident yet have a gentle demeanor, are able to deal with difficult conversations and know their boundaries and meet all above essential requirements.
