Administration and Operations Coordinator

- Small dynamic and fun office
- Newly created permanent position
- $ 65,000 + Superannuation + salary packaging
You will be the go to person for all IT and system application questions for the team and take responsibility to improving internal processes and procedures.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinate the daily operational tasks of the office as well as manage a direct report
- Be a key driver of all IT projects, including rolling out of a new database and improving their intranet
- Create efficient operational systems and procedures that benefit the team
- Assisting with the coordination of their programs
- Coordinate all compliance reporting and ensure that all actionable items are completed
- Manage grant reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
To be successful:
- You will need to have extensive experience with IT systems and a keen interest in technology
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to project manage IT operations projects
- Have the ability to influence and hold people accountable
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills
