Job Description

A small but leading financial services organisation based in the CBD is currently seeking an Accounts Officer for a permanent role to start ASAP.  This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who is looking for an entry level position in Accounts and Administration.
  
THE ROLE
  
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will work as part of a small but collaborative and supportive team. As part of this role you will perform various duties in Administration and Accounts including; processing bank statements, deposits, month end, bank reconciliations, scanning, filing and data entry into Excel.
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in a similar type of role
  • Strong Excel user and confident in using spreadsheets
  • Experience using accounting software
  • Incredibly organised with an excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated with a positive attitude
  • Tertiary degree essential
