- Based in the CBD close to public transport links
- Paying $80,000-$90,000 + Super
This position will play an integral part in the operations team of this organisation. Here you will create stability, guidance and academic leadership to administrative staff, trainers and students to ensure the best possible experience to the end customers.
General duties
- Adhere to Academic Standards through the implementation of quality management, course progress, assessment, moderation and policies
- Lead team training to ensure excellence in course delivery
- The ability to deliver constructive feedback to improve trainer performance and lead to better student learning outcomes
- Ensure consistent, accurate and supportive management of student progress through all relevant phases of the program
- Work alongside a collaborative team to consistently improve the syllabus
Successful candidates will have
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Proven experience in leadership within an educational environment and the ability to work in a collaborative team with a variety of stakeholders
- Knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements that govern the activities of educational providers
- Experience working with Student Management Systems such as Moodle and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong time management skills and effective analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
