Beaumont People are seeking experienced candidates to do short and long term assignments in Sydney CBD, Inner West, West, Hills District, North Shore, and surrounding suburbs 

Current live roles - Immediate starts - 
  • EA - Immediate start - Inner West and CBD
  • Donor Support Role - Raisers Edge exp required 
  • Direct Marketing Manager - Immediate start - Parramatta 
  • Fundraising and Marketing coordinator - graphic design exp - CBD 
  • Finance Manager - North Sydney - Immediate start 
  • HR Admin support - CBD
Main Duties of the positions;  
  • Working on charity specific databases
  • Communicating with donors over the phone
  • Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and general financial support 
  • Supporting marketing and events teams  
  • Supporting CEO's with diary management 
  • Responding to verbal and written requests and general queries
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Office support to wonderful teams throughout Sydney 
Key Requirements; 
  • Previous experience working within the sector 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to problem-solve and multi-task 
  • Give back to the community and work with a variety of worthwhile causes
  • Make a real difference
