Job Description

Team Assistant needed for a large ASX listed business in the CBD for a 6 month contract with the potential to extend.  Excellent opportunity for someone with corporate governance or legal experience to support the company secretarial team, who are collaborative, high performing and professional.
  • Team Assistant position supporting the company secretarial team
  • 6 month contract (potential to extend)
  • $80K + Super
In this role you will:
  • •Work collaboratively with the Board Services team 
  • Process expenses and manage other administrative matters
  • Arrange, manage and communicate the logistics for Board and Committee meetings
  • Manage governance registers
  • Prepare and distribute Board papers and minutes
The ideal candidate for this role will:
  • Have experience with supporting a board and committee
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be intermediate to advanced in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hold previous experience in a large organisation
  • Have strong organisational skills
