This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to work within a reputable, nationally recognised higher education provider for the next 3 months. As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be supporting the company in providing professional and efficient recruitment in alignment with their core values.
- Full-time 3-month contract, multiple roles on offer
- $37.00 per hour + Super
- Based in the Sydney CBD, with the option to work from home
- Immediate start for the right candidate
Key responsibilities and duties;
- Taking job briefs, writing ads, CV/phone screening
- Conducting behavioural interviews with hiring managers
- Completing all
- Scheduling interviews
- Reference checking
- Liaising with Hiring Managers & People Partners in Australia
- Candidate engagement/management
- Updating database
ABOUT YOU
As the Talent Acquisition Officer, you will have prior recruitment experience with the end-to-end process, the ability to handle high volume and work in a fast-paced, complex environment. You will be able to demonstrate working across a breadth of specialist areas and industries with diverse requirements.
Skills, attributes and experience;
- Maturity, adaptability and flexibility to deal with change, complexities and diversity
- Outstanding engagement and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and be a team player
- Good time management and coordination skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and working with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality, initiative and discretion at all times
- Experience with the PSC framework, Taleo, SAP and HPCM systems is highly regarded
