Job Description

A wonderful charity based in the Inner West is looking for a Supporter Services person to help out their busy team on an ongoing basis.  This role involves speaking to donors about the fantastic work that the charity does and updating client details in the database. It is not telesales, the calls are either inbound calls or outbound to donors that have recently given money.

To apply for the role you will have:
  • Strong Customer service skills, ideally in a charity environment
  • Experience of using a CRM, ideally Raisers Edge, Salesforce or ThankQ
  • Intermediate PC Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong typing skills (50 wpm) and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently within in a small team
