To apply for the role you will have:
- Strong Customer service skills, ideally in a charity environment
- Experience of using a CRM, ideally Raisers Edge, Salesforce or ThankQ
- Intermediate PC Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong typing skills (50 wpm) and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work independently within in a small team
