The Role:
As the Bar and Gaming Supervisor, you are responsible and accountable for Club House operations and associated activities on a day-to-day basis. This means you really get to add value to the team members and influence the team's culture. You will also have opportunities to interact directly with the club members to ensure everyone enjoys this fantastic venue.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of staff (12-14)
- Rostering
- Liaising with regulatory boards
- Cash Handling and EOD + Reconciliation of Floats/ Tills
- Management of TAB + Keno + Pokies (training provided)
- Customer enquiries
- Coordinate raffles, promotions and entertainment
- Liaising with contractors
- Reception/ Concierge
- Excellent literacy, numeric and computing skills,
- NSW ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ Cert (willing to obtain)
- NSW ‘Responsible Conduct of Gambling’ Cert (willing to obtain)
- Gaming Machine operations, Ebet ‘Metropolis’ gaming management, TAB and Keno experience, (Advantageous)
- Current car drivers licence,
- Current accredited first-aid training including the use of AED.
- Knowledge and understanding of work health and safety compliance and industry ‘best practices’,
- Food safety and service management, (willing to obtain)
- Cellar operations. (Advantageous)
