ABOUT THE ROLE

Looking for someone to join a great team on a temporary basis to provided assistance with student Admissions and Student Services.
  • Working in the admissions team within a private RTO
  • Helping with student services, providing general support and advice
  • Ensure all information is logged onto the database correctly and efficiently
  • Providing great customer service to enrolling and supporting students
  • Ensure the Admissions process is as smooth and efficient as possible
  • Maintaining upmost confidentiality at all times
ABOUT YOU
  • CURRENT Experience in Admissions or student services within a education provider
  • Strong Customer Service skills 
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong in the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong administration background
  • A positive "can do" attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Immediately available
