Senior Corporate and Community Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the corporate and community partnership strategy
  • Increase partnership revenue across new and existing corporate and community partners
  • Oversee both account management sand new business across the portfolio
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts including sponsorship and workplace giving and drive growth across the portfolio 
  • Drive an innovative approach to partnerships and develop new relationships with community champions grown from corporate relationships
  • Develop engagement and communication plans in conjunction with corporate partners
  • Manage a team of 3
  • Report back on budgets and performance
Skills & Attributes:
  • Corporate partnerships experience ideally from within the NFP sector or relevant commercial experience with an understanding of fundraising
  • Proven ability to develop strategies
  • Team management experience
  • Proven ability to generate, retain, and grow income through successful long-term relationships
  • A background in hitting financial targets and acquiring large and meaningful partnerships
  • New business development experience
  • Pipeline management
  • Ability to grow existing partnerships including sponsorships
  • Innovate and creative with a desire to grow a portfolio
  • Cause driven and passionate about supporting children and their families
