About the Role
The Commercial Team is looking for a forward thinking and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Temporary Recruitment in the Business Support and Corporate Services field. This Desk is one of the most well established in our business and considering the growth opportunities in temporary recruitment we have decided this is the next best opportunity for a new team member to see success as they continue their career.
  
You will take ownership and accountability of a well-established, existing client and candidate base that incorporates several large key PSA accounts, as well as many repeat clients in the SMB space. Working alongside a team that includes a colleague specialising in perm in the same field, as well as peers across other specialisations you will collaborate within a fast paced and high performing team environment.
  
As the Senior Consultant for Temporary Recruitment your role will be to manage, grow and develop a desk of 40+ temp workers, growing out existing clients, leveraging Beaumont’s reach, initiatives, and brand to develop new partnerships.
  
About You
As an experienced Recruiter you know what success looks like in running a temp desk. From effective candidate management, understanding your market, filling jobs over the phone and floating candidates, to building long term sustainable trusting relationships with your clients. You are a natural networker, relationship builder and business developer who builds deep connections and although you enjoy the financial reward that comes with being a successful recruiter your passion for connecting people to meaningful work and partnering with clients to see their businesses thrive runs even deeper.
  
You enjoy working as a key member of a team, collaborating with teammates and contributing to team goals. You are goal orientated and manage your time wisely. Technology is something you have a good understanding of, ATS and CRMs, database management, searching tools, video tools, etc…
