Job Description

Are you an experienced Administration Assistant looking for a new opportunity?  We have an amazing role for you! Our client, a leading insurance provider, are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator to join the team in their CBD office. This opportunity is offered on a permanent full time basis and is immediately available for the right candidate. 
  • Be a vital member of the Insurance team, supporting a team of Insurance Brokers with back-end Administration support
  • 70K package, CBD location
Your duties and responsibilities will include: 
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, schedules, presentations and arrange meetings
  • Accurately data enter and manipulate information into the database
  • General administrative tasks i.e. stationery, filing, stock control, mail management, etc.
  • Book accommodation and travel for staff when needed
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following;
  • A strong administrative background
  • A flexible "can-do" attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Acts on initiative and self motivated
  • Intermediate knowledge across Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong in MS Word for formatting documents
  • A background in Insurance; ideal but not essential
Applicants must have impeccable communication skills, professional phone manner and demonstrated experience in customer service. You will also enjoy responsibility and will be happy to assist different people within the business daily.
