The role involves:
- Utilising the Salesforce database to create quotes for software licensing
- Working collaboratively with the sale support team to ensure accurate quotes are being created
- Managing a busy booking system
- Contract management
- Liaising with the finance department for payments, invoices and purchase orders
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the team
- Previous experience within a sales support capacity
- Salesforce experience - advantageous
- Accurate data entry skills -excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
