Job Description

This Australian IT consultancy business prides itself on providing the best technology and service within the industry. They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist a small but busy sales team in the CBD.  This role is a permanent role and is paying $65 - $70 K + Super. 

This team are really down to earth and friendly, with lots of longevity. They are looking for someone who will fit into their working family. This company appreciates their staff and rewards hard work. 

The role involves: 
  • Utilising the Salesforce database to create quotes for software licensing
  • Working collaboratively with the sale support team to ensure accurate quotes are being created
  • Managing a busy booking system        
  • Contract management
  • Liaising with the finance department for payments, invoices and purchase orders
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the team
The ideal candidate:
  • Previous experience within a sales support capacity
  • Salesforce experience - advantageous
  • Accurate data entry skills -excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
