Sales Consultant
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Based in the Sydney CBD
  • $50,000 + super + commission, OTE $90,000 + super (uncapped)
Working for a well-known company that connects customers with business across a range of categories. Connecting local experts with customers in their locations in an easy and functional online forum.
  • Inbound and outbound phone based sales, speaking with prospective clients and businesses to represent the company
  • Manage a strong pipeline of clientele 
  • Upsell and cross-sell the companies services where opportunities arise
  • Develop your own leads from the database; old/lapsed clients, passed leads, campaign follow up, etc.
  • Provide exceptional service to prospect and current clients whilst building rapport, negotiating and closing deals
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs around talk time, revenue and pipeline
  • Ensure a strong, structured and update database 
  • Maximize sales process to ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients
This role is ideal for a sales focused individual who likes to get into the sales process while having fun, developing relationships and engaging with both their clients and team. 
  • MUST have phone based sales experience, specifically outbound (lead gen, outbound, cold calling etc.)
  • Ideally this person will be degree qualified (Bachelors)
  • Must have an understanding of lead generation, market strategies and an understanding of small business
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Experience with a CRM is preferable (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Proven ability to convert leads and the sales process
  • Strong listening skills, negotiation abilities and ability to convey and persuade the company message online
  • Must be a team player, wants to be involved in a team and is engaging
  • Personality is key, this individual must want to develop strong relationships with their team
