Job Description

Main duties
  • Establish, document, maintain, review and revise systems (including automated online tasks) and processes to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the rostering process and ensure compliance with legislative and Award requirements
  • Ensure all data is entered, reviewed and updated in a timely manner
  • Ensure agreed master rosters are entered for each facility
  • Ensure appropriate processes are in place for the approval of additional shifts or variations to agreed shifts
  • Ensure appropriate information is maintained in relation to the nature and source of funds for all rostered shifts
  • Maintain Staff abilities in the rostering system ensuring these are kept up to date and relevant parties are notified prior to expiry
  • Ensure staff abilities are matched to appropriate facilities to ensure requirements are being met for our residents
  • Maximize staff opportunities and working hours across the breadth of all locations
  • Demonstrate the use of the rostering system for new employees (EmpLive and ClockLive), including generating passwords and standard use by an employee
  • In liaison with the relevant facility manager, populate the master Complete pre-payroll processes and liaise with payroll for accurate data transfer
To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have
  • Experience using a Rostering / scheduling / time & attendance system
  • Experience in Award interpretation
  • Working knowledge of the Disability Sector and NDIS
