Job Description
- Establish, document, maintain, review and revise systems (including automated online tasks) and processes to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the rostering process and ensure compliance with legislative and Award requirements
- Ensure all data is entered, reviewed and updated in a timely manner
- Ensure agreed master rosters are entered for each facility
- Ensure appropriate processes are in place for the approval of additional shifts or variations to agreed shifts
- Ensure appropriate information is maintained in relation to the nature and source of funds for all rostered shifts
- Maintain Staff abilities in the rostering system ensuring these are kept up to date and relevant parties are notified prior to expiry
- Ensure staff abilities are matched to appropriate facilities to ensure requirements are being met for our residents
- Maximize staff opportunities and working hours across the breadth of all locations
- Demonstrate the use of the rostering system for new employees (EmpLive and ClockLive), including generating passwords and standard use by an employee
- In liaison with the relevant facility manager, populate the master Complete pre-payroll processes and liaise with payroll for accurate data transfer
- Experience using a Rostering / scheduling / time & attendance system
- Experience in Award interpretation
- Working knowledge of the Disability Sector and NDIS
