About the Role  

  • Build a sustainable and high achieving recruitment desk in the Not-for-Profit sector by establishing new business partnerships with charities nationally 
  • Develop and improve existing client relationships in the Not-for-Profit sector
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process on behalf of charity clients nationally 
  • Provide a superior consultative service to both candidates and clients
  • Develop new and existing candidate networks using a variety of methods and by building long term, personal relationships with individuals
  • Utilise various technology platforms and search engines to source high-calibre talent including our CRM database and LinkedIn
  
About You
  
  • Previous agency recruitment experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong desire to join a high achieving team and develop a successful recruitment business 
  • Ability to carry out sales conversations and solicit new business
  • Proven experience achieving financial targets and managing a sales pipeline
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Team player; fun and collaborative
