Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish client relationships through active business development and networking
- Partner with clients to help advise on their recruitment needs
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Attract, source, screen and interview candidates
Skills and Experience Required:
- You are a high performing recruitment consultant
- You have substantial business development experience
- You want more connection with the work you are doing and would like to give back to the community through your professional work
- You are passionate about delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates
- You have a warm engaging personality and enjoy interacting with people at every level
- You are a fast, methodical worker with a focus on positive long-term outcomes
- You have impeccable communication skills and enjoy both verbal and written interaction with people
- You enjoy working in a fun, supportive team environment
- You consider yourself to be a self-starter and prefer working in a mature environment that does not micro manage
- Experience in the local area is highly desirable
