- Managing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing the candidate to negotiating offers
- Ensuring that all recruitment processes are being followed
- Create templates for the business
- Work proactively with leaders within the business to support them with their recruitment needs
- Ensure the best candidate experience possible
About you;
- We are ideally looking for someone who has recruitment experience in the education sector.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment
- You have experience in project-type work environment
