Job Description

Are you a Receptionist who is available immediately?  We have a temporary Receptionist role for you!

Working in Alexandria, you will be supporting a team as their front of house and helping with all Administrative duties.  This role is to start next week, so if you are available immediately for temporary Reception work, apply today!
The role: 
  • Meeting & greeting visitors to the building
  • Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls to appropriate staff members
  • Managing email correspondence
  • Updating and maintaining the inhouse database
  • Administration duties as requested by management
  • Update records and filing system
  • Work effectively with other team members
  • Ordering stationary and amenities
  • Sort incoming and outgoing post
  • Additional ad hoc duties as requested
The ideal candidate
  • Is an experienced receptionist
  • Strong communication skills both in person and on the phone
  • Has a professional and friendly personality
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Must be available for an immediate start
  • Must be willing to commit to the temporary position
