Job Description

Not-for-profit Member based organisation based in Sydney's CBD are looking for a driven, energetic and reliable Receptionist/Office Manager with moderate experience in office administration support. Full time, $53K + super. 

The role is looking to start as soon as possible with the potential to go permanent. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email and phone management 
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and managing outgoing mail
  • Event preparation including catering, room set-up and AV connection, liaising with building and cleaning contractors
  • Coordinating travel for staff and stakeholder to attend meetings and events
  • Reconciling monthly Australia Post account
To be successful:
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills and proficiency in MS Office Work, Outlook and Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Friendly, engaging and pleasant telephone manner with a high level of confidence to deal with all personalities
