The role is looking to start as soon as possible with the potential to go permanent.
- Email and phone management
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and managing outgoing mail
- Event preparation including catering, room set-up and AV connection, liaising with building and cleaning contractors
- Coordinating travel for staff and stakeholder to attend meetings and events
- Reconciling monthly Australia Post account
- Strong customer service experience
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills and proficiency in MS Office Work, Outlook and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Friendly, engaging and pleasant telephone manner with a high level of confidence to deal with all personalities
