Beaumont People have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist with strong Switchboard Skills to join a leading law firm in the CBD.
Permanent Position
Salary $75K Package
Mon-Friday 8.30am-5.15pm
Immediate Start

If you have high volume switchboard experience, a passion to work within a dynamic successful corporate environment and are available for an immediate start, this could be the job for you!
Key responsibilities and duties;
- Manage a Corporate Reception desk
- Manage a High-Volume Switchboard dealing with 150-200 calls per day
- Ensure all visitors are greeted, managed and all safety protocols are followed
- Monitor emails and forward to appropriate staff for actioning, liaise efficiently with all Staff
- Relay all messages for accurately to relevant staff members
- Manage incoming post and deliveries
- Perform general administration duties
ABOUT YOU
- Experienced managing a high-volume switchboard
- Very professional with a friendly personality
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Always maintain confidentiality and ability to use your own initiative
- Available to interview this week with a start date of the 15th July 2019
