Temporary Reception and Admin Roles

Reception and Admin Roles | Immediate Start | CBD + North Shore Locations
$27-$30 p/hr + super
Are you experienced in reception and admin, available for temporary assignments, reliable, hardworking and professional? Then I need you! Working Holiday Visas Welcome!

Role typically includes;
  • Answering a switchboard phone
  • Meeting and greeting on behalf of the client
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Dealing with couriers
  • General Administration duties
  • Word processing, presentation, working on excel spreadsheets
  • Data entry and processing
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading
  • Fulfilling team admin requests
  • Other ad hoc general admin duties
