Job Description

Not-for-profit Member based organisation based in Parramatta are looking for a driven, energetic and reliable Receptionist with moderate experience in office administration support. Full time, temporary role.

The role is looking to start as soon as possible with the potential to go permanent. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering a switchboard phone
  • Meeting and greeting on behalf of the client
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Dealing with couriers
  • General Administration duties
  • Word processing, presentation, working on excel spreadsheets
  • Data entry and processing
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading
  • Fulfilling team admin requests
  • Other ad hoc general admin duties
To be successful:
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills and proficiency in MS Office Work, Outlook and Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Friendly, engaging and pleasant telephone manner with a high level of confidence to deal with all personalities
