Beaumont people are currently recruiting for an experienced Practice Leader/ Case Manager for a temporary role.
This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Case Manager who has experience within Mental Health, Disability, Homelessness & Complex Needs.
Essential Criteria:
Tertiary qualification in Human Services related field, including Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing
Advanced assessment and record keeping skills
Excellent oral and written ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary and multiagency team
Proven advanced time management skills, ability to managing competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and process orientation
Demonstrated high-level of discretion and sensitivity in dealing with confidential matters
Customer-focused mindset
Current NSW driving license
Police Check
Compliance with ICLA’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, policies and procedures and Safe Work arrangements.
You must be available immediately and you must be able to to commit to a temporary contract for at least one month.
