Job Description

Beaumont People are proud to be partnering with an organisation close to Byron Bay who are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join their team.
  • Permanent Part Time position
  • Working School Hours – 5 days
  • Based close to Byron Bay
As the Part Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the business and will assist in the running of the office.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Handling both phone and email enquiries
  • Greeting and managing all visitors who are onsite
  • Database management
  • Distributing mail
  • Signing for deliveries
  • Keeping on top of office supplies and ordering more stock when required
  • Assisting with various projects
  • Adhoc administrative tasks
To be successful for this role you will possess the following:
  • Previous experience working as a receptionist or an administrative based role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Current Drivers License
  • You must be available to work 5 days a week and school hours.
