Are you an immediately available EA/Office Manager looking for a temp to perm opportunity close to home?  We have a job for you!

Working in modern offices in Rydalmere you will be supporting a team of IT Consultants with administration as well as diary management for the MD.  This role is a temporary to permanent opportunity paying $70K + Super.  They are looking for an immediate start.  If you are available immediately please apply now.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Assist the MD with diary management, appointments and correspondence.
  • Coordination of board and committee meeting papers, actions, calendar and venue bookings.
  • Travel bookings and coordination of key functions.
  • General office administration duties
  • Maintain database and coordinator office supplies, meeting catering, courier and postage and staff amenities
To be successful:
  • Available immediately for a temp to perm role in Rydalmere
  • Proven experience as an PA/EA to Senior management 
  • Excellent administration skills and ideally experience in travel and accommodation booking
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills in developing rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
