Beaumont People are currently recruiting for a Permanent Office Manager/EA for a prestigious company based in the Sydney CBD.

Permanent Position
Above Market Salaries on offer, totally negotiable depending on experience
Full time hours Mon-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with flexibility
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
  • Providing EA support to the CEO including Diary, Email and Travel Management.
  • Manage, support and train up the administration team ensuring workload is allocated effectively.
  • Manage all internal communications and events including staff engagement and team building activities.
  • Finance administration including payroll, processing invoices, expenses and credit card reconciliation.
  • Compliance and Insurance administration, ensuring all policies are kept up to date.
  • Facilitating senior management meetings
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested.
